During hot days, we like something refreshing and invigorating the most. Rarely can anyone resist ice cream, but due to a diet or some other health reason, many first give up these sweets. Ice cream can be made in a healthier version, without artificial sugars, so that it is not a calorie bomb, but a healthy treat for the whole family! This ice cream can be eaten by vegans, all who fast, those who are on a diet, as well as those who avoid gluten.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 ripe avocado
- Vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2, 5 dl of milk (can be vegetable)
- a handful of chopped hazelnuts (for decoration)
Preparation:
Put the ingredients in a blender, gradually adding milk. Mix to obtain a creamy mixture. You can put it in molds or in an ordinary container and leave it in the freezer for a few hours. It's best overnight. If desired, when serving, sprinkle the ice cream with chopped hazelnuts. Enjoy!
