Prince Harry spoke on Diana's birthday, mentioning William
He spoke in honor of his mother.
Prince Harry posted a video to mark the 60th birthday of his late mother Diana. He first addressed everyone who worked on pandemic issues and said Diana would be proud of them.
"Mom believed that young people had the power to change the world. She believed in strength because she saw it day in and day out, and she witnessed boundless enthusiasm and passion on young people's faces," Harry said. He added that the crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic has affected many communities, women, minorities, and less affluent countries.
In his short speech, Harry also mentioned Prince William, whom he would meet during the posting of a statue dedicated to Diana. The brothers have not seen each other since the last farewell of their grandfather, Prince Phillip.
"My brother and I recognize what would be important to our mother for her 60th birthday. She would be so proud of all of you who live with purpose and compassion for others," the prince concluded.
