Queen Elizabeth's no-bake chocolate cake!
Chocolate cake WITHOUT BAKING: Queen Elizabeth's favorite candy! This simple chocolate cake is a favorite treat of the royal family
The royal chef once revealed that it is a favorite dessert of Queen Elizabeth and Prince William. It is a delicious chocolate cake that melts in your mouth.
It's easy to make, and you won't waste time next to the oven, because this cake doesn't bake.
Ingredients:
- 120 grams of butter
- 120 grams of sugar
- 120 grams of dark chocolate
- 1 egg
- 220 grams of biscuits
For the glaze:
- 240 grams of melted chocolate
Preparation :
Grease a cake pan with butter. Break the biscuit by hand to about the size of an almond.
In a larger bowl, place the room temperature butter together with the sugar until you get a uniform frothy mixture. Melt 120 grams of dark chocolate in steam and add it to the butter mixture, stirring constantly.
Add one egg and whisk everything together to combine well.
Add the biscuit pieces to the chocolate mixture and mix to cover all the biscuit pieces. Pour the mixture into a baking tin, making sure there are no holes anywhere, especially at the bottom.
Keep the cake in the refrigerator for at least three hours before serving.
Meanwhile, melt 200 grams of chocolate and when you take the cake out of the fridge and remove the ring from the mold, turn it upside down and pour over the melted chocolate glaze.
Keep the cake at room temperature until the icing has cooled.
