Potato and leek salad
Ingredients:
- 5 larger potatoes
- 2 leeks
- 230 g grated hard cheese
- 200 g of mayonnaise
- 1/2 l of yogurt
- 2 sour cream
Preparation:
- Boil the potatoes, then grate or cut into small cubes.
- Mix mayonnaise, yogurt and sour cream, then pour over the potatoes and stir.
- Add grated cheese and chopped leeks. Stir well again and leave to cool in the refrigerator.
- If the salad is dry, add a little more yogurt.
Colorful cabbage salad with peanut topping
Ingredients:
- 500 g cabbage (purple and plain)
- 2 medium carrots
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground garlic
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1-2 tablespoons of water
Preparation:
- Combine peanut butter, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, oil, lemon juice and water well.
- Grate the carrots and cabbage, then pour over the resulting mixture.
- You can make the dressing earlier, but keep it in the fridge, so when you want this salad, just grate the vegetables and the topping is ready.
