Rosanna is divorcing for the fourth time!
Her soon-to-be ex-husband, investment banker Todd Morgan, has filed for divorce, and there will be no division of property as they have signed a prenuptial agreement.
American actress Rosanna Arquette is a solo again. Both the soft-hearted movie star and her soon-to-be ex-husband, investment banker Todd Morgan, are already in their mature years when couples don’t give up on marriage lightly. So few know what prompted him to file for divorce on Feb. 24 in Los Angeles High Court? They don’t seem to be living together since January 1 this year, and the irreconcilable differences cited in the court documents do not reveal why he wants to divorce.
Todd Morgan's submission states that he asked the court to abolish the possibility of granting marital support to either party. He claims that the signatories of the prenuptial agreement defined personal property, everything they own and in accordance with the signed sign, will not share it. Her media representative has not confirmed the articles about the divorce, so it is not yet known whether the actress, whose career has stagnated in recent years while he is earning well, will try to challenge the prenuptial agreement.
The once-happy couple got engaged in 2011, and they were married in an intimate ceremony in Malibu two years later. Among the guests were the bride's brother, actor David Arquette, the ex-husband of Friends star Courteney Cox, and acting and music diva Barbara Streisand. The self-effacing millionaire is the founder and CEO of investment firm Bel Air Investment Advisors and one of the partners of the Los Angeles subsidiary of banking giant Goldman, Sachs & Co., while the actress is known for her roles in Deep Blue and Pulp Fiction.
This is her fourth divorce: her first husband was director Tony Greco. They divorced in 1980, after only a year of marriage. Composer James Newton Howard became husband number two and she divorced him in 1987 after a year of marriage. California restaurateur John Sidel became her third husband in the early 1990s and unlike the previous ones, the marriage lasted six years. They got a daughter, Zoe, today a grown young woman. When she fell in love with a banker, it seemed like that love could last. They seemed like a pair that complemented each other brilliantly.
"He is a good, solid, wonderful human being. He is not a musician, he is not an artist, he is a businessman and we have the same values," the actress told in 2018. It turned out that this love, after eight and a half years together, unfortunately, found itself finished.
