Rowan Atkinson's strange life

Mr. Bean was in a long marriage until a scandal surfaced, and many are surprised to see what kind of beauty his daughter grew up to be.

Rowan Atkinson is very famous for his role in the hits "Blackadder" and "Mr. Bean", and this favorite actor also led an interesting personal life.

British actor and comedian Rowan Atkinson is best known for playing Mr. Bean, which won him audiences around the world. This adored actor celebrates his 67th birthday these days, and few know that his career almost took a completely different direction from acting.

Atkinson graduated from electrical engineering in Newcastle and began working on his PhD, but his love of acting still prevailed. He devoted himself to the shows he got on the BBC, which soared him into the starry heavens. Thanks to his talent, he quickly began to get roles, and "Blackadder" and "Mr. Bean" marked his career.

Based on a character originally developed by Atkinson while he was studying for his master's degree at the University of Oxford, the series centers on Mr. Bean, described by Atkinson as "a child in a grown man's body", as he solves various problems presented by everyday tasks and often causes disruption in the process.

He has appeared in numerous other hits, including "Love Actually", and on one occasion said he was not surprised that Mr. Bean had achieved such fame.

"Watching adults behave in a childish way without being at all aware of how inappropriate it is, is very funny. The fact that comedy is mostly more visual than verbal means it can achieve international success," Rowan said in an interview.

His personal life was full of unexpected situations. While on a trip to Kenya in 2001, the pilot of his private jet fainted. It was Rowan who sat in the pilot's chair and kept the plane afloat until the pilot regained consciousness. In the end, they landed successfully.

Atkinson only married once, back in 1990 with Sunetra Sastry, with whom he had two children, Ben and Lily, but the idyll came to an end in 2014 when the actor's affair with comedian Louisa Ford came to light. Thus, the family fell apart, and the actor divorced his wife and welcomed his third child four years ago. She's still in a relationship with Louis today, and they met while working together on a project. His daughter Lily resented him very much for abandoning her mother and changed her surname Atkinson to Sastry, her mother's maiden name, out of spite.

Interestingly, Lily followed in her father's footsteps, despite the fact that she doesn't like to expose herself in the media. As a girl, she was cast in "Tooth", the story of Tooth Fairy, who loses her powers, and then with her dad, she made the comedies "Mr. Bean on Holidays" and "Johnny English”. It was also her last acting job because after that young Lily fell completely in love with the cabaret. Today she is a successful cabaret artist, and she has her own show and writes songs, sings and acts.
