Test the quality of your hair with a glass of water, it is very simple

The ends of the hair can split and are the first to go when you visit your hairstylist. But before an expert finds out, you can check the quality of your hair yourself.

It's very simple - put the ends in a glass of water.

Two things can happen. Either the hair will float, in which case it is healthy and there is no room for concern or it will sink, in which case something needs to be done.

If it sinks it means it is porous and the ends should be trimmed. But if the hair is in this condition, you don't need the tricks to see it, as it appears frizzy and is very unruly.

When the ends are damaged, getting a haircut is the only choice. We can treat them with various oils and masks, but they should be shortened so that the whole hair is beautiful and healthy. Otherwise - the hairs will continue to split.

Water consumption is important for hair quality. In addition, home hair care is crucial, with the help of masks.

Revitalize your hair with a mask with homemade ingredients

For a good mask, you need egg white, a teaspoon and a half of kiwi, two teaspoons of avocado, two and a half teaspoons of honey, and a few drops of rosemary essential oil. Leave the mask on your hair for about 20 minutes. Then rinse it with cold water.

Another avocado mask for shine

For this nourishing mask, you will need a ripe avocado, a teaspoon of olive oil, a teaspoon of honey, and an egg. Mix all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth. Apply the mask evenly on the hair from root to ends.

Leave it for about 20 minutes until the mask is absorbed. Rinse with warm water.

Aloe vera mask for growth

This nourishing mask makes hair smooth and stimulates its growth. You need an aloe vera leaf and a teaspoon of almond oil. Cut an aloe vera leaf in half, then chop it and stir in the almond oil.

Apply the mixture to your hair and wrap your head with plastic wrap or a bag. Leave it on for about 20 minutes, then rinse your hair with warm water.
