The delicious holiday version of granola!
Light and healthy, homemade Christmas granola is a delicious blend of oatmeal, orange peel, cranberries and cinnamon.
Granola is surprisingly easy to make - you mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients, combine them, bake, and voila! Since it can contain many different ingredients, it always delights with its aroma and taste. Christmas granola with spices and aroma brings the scent of the holidays into your home! Once baked, it is placed in jars with a commemorative sticker, ribbon, and a small message plate.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup walnuts
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons molasses
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt orange peel
Preparation:
- Start by mixing oats with other dry ingredients - nuts, cranberries, sugar and spices - in a large bowl. If desired, you can chop the nuts into smaller pieces.
- Then mix the wet ingredients in a small bowl.
- Grate the orange peel and add it to the wet ingredients.
- Then mix the wet and dry ingredients thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet and spread evenly, then bake in the oven at 160 ° C for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- When the granola is baked, take it out of the oven and leave it to cool completely, then store it in glass jars.
