While other celebrities would have deleted the footage right away, not wanting to share with the public what happened to them, Nicole Richie has no problem with that. On the contrary, others can learn from her example that when they blow out the candles on a birthday cake, they must be very careful that the fire, as happened to her, does not catch their hair.
It was supposed to be an unforgettable 40th birthday celebration, and - it was! Nicole Richie shared a video from the celebration with her faithful followers on Instagram, but no one expected to see a real "spectacle".
As she blew out the candles, placed on the birthday cake that stood in front of her, and as everyone cheered enthusiastically to put them out in one breath, a moment of inattention occurred that could have had far worse consequences.
Namely, while she was blowing, Nicole Richie did not even notice that her hair was too close to the spark plugs, which then ignited the strands. The birthday girl didn't even realize what was happening until everyone around her started shouting, and then the recording stopped abruptly.
Along with the released footage, Nicole Richie wrote, 'Well ... so far, the forties are on fire.'
