The series "The Boys" has a new teaser trailer!
The series "The Boys" received a new teaser trailer, and it will return to the small screen next year!
These days, Amazon Prime Video revealed the first trailer for the fourth season of "The Boys" series. The team is back in action and ready to crack some skulls and take out some entrails in a jam-packed trailer that has as much blood, guts, and swearing as you'd expect from a satirical superhero series.
This is a big deal for fans of "The Boys" because it's our first look at season four since season three ended, a full year and a half ago. So far, we've only had the chance to see a couple of images featuring Homelander ( Antony Starr ) and Butcher ( Karl Urban ), which set the stage for a brutal political story.
Unrest is at the center of the announcement, with the Homelander and Starlight followers clashing. Using the split to his advantage, it looks like Homelander will let the tension boil over before swooping in to save the day. The teaser also gives us our first real look at Sister Sage Susan Heyward and Firecracker Valorie Curry. Finally, there's a look at Jeffrey Dean Morgan's character, who seems to be friend with Butcher - but in the world of "The Boys", it's hard to know who to trust.
Along with Urban, the whole team returns for more. Jack Quaid as Hughie, Laz Alonso as Mother's Milk, Karen Fukuhara as Kimiko, Tomer Capone as Frenchie, and Erin Moriarty as Starlight, who became the newest member of the group at the end of the third season. Vought's Supers face off against revenge-seeking civilians: Starr's Homelander, Chace Crawford's The Deep, and Jessie T. Usher as A-Train. Also returning are Colby Minifie as Vought CEO Ashley Barrett and Claudie Doumit as Congresswoman Victoria Neuman. Hugh Campbell Sr. ( Simon Pegg ) will return in the fourth season along with his estranged wife, who will be played by Rosemarie DeWitt.
New episodes of "The Boys" series will arrive on Amazon's Prime Video next year. The exact premiere date is not revealed.
