Romantic Comedy "Single All The Way" This Holiday Season

What are the holidays without the occasional romantic comedies in which the characters care most in life whether they will find their soul mate? If you are one of those who can't resist the proven formula of movies with which you forget for a while about everything that possibly bothers you, we bring you good news. Netflix has made sure to get a pair this season as well, which we will enthusiastically support.

The film Single All The Way, for a change, puts a gay couple at the center of the plot. Peter (Michael Urie) plans to visit his parents for Christmas, as always, without a partner. But this time he decides to ask his longtime roommate Nick (Philemon Chambers) to pretend to be his boyfriend so he doesn’t have to listen to his parents ’sermons.

Once they get there, however, Peter will find out that his mother (Kathy Najimy) has arranged a date with a handsome neighbor. After the connection goes very well, a bit unexpectedly, Peter will slowly begin to realize that he actually liked Nick all the time after all. Directed by Michael Mayer, the film arrives on Netflix on December 2, and you can watch the trailer below.
