Adele: unvaccinated are not welcome!
Everything is too unpredictable, with all the rules and other things. I don't want people to come to my concerts scared. And I don't want to get covid either
Adele has banned unvaccinated fans from attending her upcoming concerts in Las Vegas - ruling that even half-vaccinated fans cannot attend. British music superstar has driven the world mad when she announced last month 24 appearances at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in the city of sin, writes The Sun.
A statement from Ticketmaster said: "The event organizer requires that all participants in this event be fully vaccinated (14 days after the final vaccination) and receive a negative test for covid-19 within 48 hours of the event. "
Sting has no limits at all for fans
By comparison, Sir Rod Stewart allows unvaccinated fans to attend the performance at the same 4,300-seat venue, as long as all guests agree to “wear masks at all times unless eating and drinking, and if their temperature is measured at the entrance to the venue by arrival ".
Sting , who will play at the Colosseum next June, currently has no covid restrictions for fans. Last month, Adele said she had postponed going on a major world tour in 2022 because of the covid.
"Everything is too unpredictable, with all the rules and other things. I don't want people to come to my concerts scared. And I don't want to get covid either," Adele said.
A surprise for Adele
Recently, during her promotional tour for the album "30" Adele got a lovely surprise wich not only made her cry but it also brouht tears to everyone's eyes. Namely, during the concert in fron of the star studded crowd, the most emotional question came from Damme Emma Thompson who asked Adele to think about the one person who inspired her most in life when she was younger. The answer? Her eighth grade teacher Miss McDonald, from Chestnut Grove School in Balham, London.
“Yeah I had a teacher at Chestnut Grove who taught me English,” Adele responded without a second thought. “She left in year eight. It was just one year, but she got me really into literature. Like I’ve always been obsessed with English and obviously now I write lyrics.”
“She was so bloody cool, so engaging, and she really made us care, and we knew that she cared about us and stuff like that. She used to have all these gold bracelets and gold rings. She was bloody cool and so relatable and likeable, that I really looked forward to my English lessons.”
And the biggest surprise was when the said teacher appeared among the audience which instantly brought tears to Adele's eyes.
