This is what the yogurt diet menu for 4 days looks like:

First day

  • Breakfast: In the morning, eat plain yogurt with fruit and cereals of your choice.

Third day

  • Breakfast: Mix cheese, chopped apple, a little cinnamon with yogurt, and finally a little salt and pepper.
  • Lunch: Bake 150 grams of hake fillet, and as a side dish make a salad of yogurt, chopped cucumber, and a little mustard.
  • Dinner: Cook one hundred grams of pasta, add one chopped pepper and a boiled egg. Mix everything together with the yogurt.
