Apple increases iPhone 13 stock before the holidays begin
Rumors claim that the availability of the iPhone 13 will improve over the upcoming holiday season, which is in stark contrast to analysts' and customers’ predictions based on global chip shortages and declining production mostly due to the pandemic.
iPhone production, like many other products, suffers from a global shortage of chips due to supply chain disruptions in the availability of silicon globally. The estimated delivery time for the iPhone 13 lasted weeks and cost the company $ 6 billion.
However, the gap between huge demand and poor supply for the iPhone 13 has narrowed in recent months, as Apple vendors have been able to alleviate the shortage of certain components, while Apple has also played a significant role in reducing iPad production. As the holiday season begins soon, Digitimes reports that a boom in production will be able to address a previous demand issue.
Apple also hopes that some customers will turn to AirPods. Given the recent popularity and the release of the third generation of this product with attractive new features such as customizable EQ, surround sound with head tracking, and better battery, they would be a great gift for someone you care about.
With the upcoming holiday season, the company has expanded its return policy for products purchased between the 1st of November and the 25th of December to the 8th of January. in case someone doesn't really like the gift, they can safely return it.
This new policy applies to iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, MacBook, Apple TV, AirPods, and HomePod mini.
