Ariana Grande donates five million dollars for free therapy

In partnership with Better Help, Ariana Grande pledged to donate up to $5 million in free therapy.

"This is only one small gesture (and a much larger systemic problem remains) I wanted to do this again with Better Help in hopes of bringing access to a few more people and perhaps inspiring a few of you to try something new and prioritize your own healing," Grande wrote on Instagram.

Those interested in this offer will receive free therapy for a month and will have the opportunity to continue therapy with Better Help with a 15 percent discount for next month. Ari encouraged her followers to check out this link to get their free month of therapy started. This is the second time this year that Grande has offered fans free therapy, and last time she donated a million dollars.

Let us remind you, Arijana Grande spoke very openly about her mental health problems. She said that she was suffering from post-traumatic syndrome after the Manchester Arena bombing in 2017. She also talked about how going to therapy affected her, saying it saved her life.
