Britney isn't ready to return to the music

Britney Spears, 40, who was acquitted of her father's custody last month, said in an extensive post on Instagram on Monday that in 2022 she wants to 'progress and do things that scare her, but not to that extent'.

'I guess it seems strange to most that I don't even play music anymore ... People have no idea what horrible things they have done to me personally. After everything I've been through, I'm afraid of people and that job !!! ', wrote Spears, who last performed publicly in October 2018.

'By not performing my songs, I say: 'F*** you'. In the sense that neglecting my actual work only benefits my family. It was as if I subconsciously allowed them to win, ' she added.

Spears, who is engaged to Sam Asghari, earlier this year complained to the judge in charge of her case that she was controlled by her father, who made business decisions for her.

Jamie Spears was stripped of custody of Britney in September. He said his only goal was to help his daughter rebuild her career after suffering a mental breakdown in 2007 and that he always made decisions in her best interests.

Recall, Britney thanked fans who conducted a long campaign to end her father’s years of conservatorship over her.

Spears commented on Twitter after a verdict that prevented her father Jamie Spears from controlling the pop star’s assets worth $ 60 million.

I have no words for you and your persistence to free me from conservatorship. My life is now going in that direction !!!!! I cried last night for two hours because my fans are the best and I know it,” the singer wrote in a message to the #FreeBritney movement.

She posted a photo of two girls, one lying on a mattress and the other hovering above her.

'This picture is everything to me !!! It makes me want to cry … she’s saving her divine feminine sister !!!! I suggest if you have a friend that’s been in a house that feels really small for four months … no car … no phone … no door for privacy and they have to work around 10 hours a day 7 days a week and give tons of blood weekly with never a day off … I strongly suggest you go pick up your friend and get them the hell outta there !!!!! ' Britney wrote and continued:

' If you’re like my family who says things like “sorry, you’re in a conservatorship” … probably thinking you’re different so they can fuck with you !!!! Thankfully I found an amazing attorney Mathew Rosengart who has helped change my life !!!! '

The conservatorship of the singer was determined in 2008 after Spears suffered a mental breakdown and involves the control of a large number of her financial and personal affairs.

The #FreeBritney movement, launched on social media by a small group of fans in 2019, noisily demonstrated at the time of the court hearings, in this case, described in the documentary “Framing Britney Spears,” released in February.

Spears stepped up efforts in June to end the conservatorship of her by telling the judge it was humiliating and offensive and that she wanted her life back. She made it!
