Can drinking water help in weight loss?

Even a little dehydration can make you tired and irritable. At such times you start eating refined carbohydrates such as cakes, chips, pancakes, and the like. These foods at least briefly lift our spirits. However, water intake should be a priority. Water sends signals to your brain telling it that you are full enough.
