Charlize Theron shares photo of her daughters
Charlize Theron is known as a South African and American actress and producer. She is definitely one of the world's highest-paid actresses, also she is the recipient of various accolades, including an Academy Award, a Screen Actors Guild Award, and a Golden Globe Award. In 2016, Time posted that she was one of the 100 most influential people in the world.
This week, the Oscar-winning actress posted a rare photo of her daughters August, 7, and Jackson, 10. She shared it on her Instagram profile as the last in the row. Post was dedicated to her mother Gerda's birthday.
She wrote that it is her mother's birthday and that she wanted to share it with her fans because anyone who knows her mother, knows how amazing it is to be in her sunlight. Charlize's mom laughs harder than anyone Charlize ever met. Also, she is a great tennis player, golfer, hiker, and a gifted conversationalist! Her daughter revealed that her mother is direct, honest, funny and she will tell you how she is at any time of the day.
In the last picture, her two daughters are posing with their grandmother as they walked together. Gerda hugged Jackson as they smile for the shot. Theron is trying to keep her daughters out of the public eye, only occasionally posting about them on her social media.
In December, the “Bombshell” actress, 46, shared a sweet snap of her and her daughters on a ski lift, decked out in pink accessories.

Recall, the truth is that Theron adopted these girls. The first daughter is Jackson and she adopted her in March 2012 and another daughter August is adopted in July 2015. Sources claim that she was interested in adoption since childhood when she became aware of orphanages and the overflowing numbers of children in them. In April 2019, Theron revealed that Jackson, then seven years old, is a transgender girl. She said to her daughter that they were born exactly where should be and that they need to find themselves as they grow up, and also who they want to be. She is not going to decide for them, but she will be their support.
The actress says she always knew adoption would be an important part of her life and for sure her choice after witnessing orphanages in her native South Africa. She claimed that even in her relationships, she always was honest with partners and she told them that adoption was her choice and what her family would look like one day.
