Chicken rolls with cheese and sesame
Chicken rolls with two types of cheese and sesame that are quick to prepare.
Ingredients:
- 300 g of chicken breast
- 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 50 g of grated cheese
- 1 spoon of sesame
- A little flour
- olive oil
- 1/2 glass of white wine
- 1 dl of vegetable soup
– salt
Preparation:
Cut the meat into thin steaks and, if necessary, beat them a little. Salt them on one side only.
Place them on a board or plate with the salted side down.
In a dry pan, without the addition of fat, fry the sesame seeds briefly, stirring.
Remove from the heat and mix the sesame seeds with the grated cheese. Distribute the cheese and sesame filling evenly over the steak.
Roll them up and fasten with a toothpick. Dip the rolls in flour.
Heat a little oil, then fry the rolls at a moderate temperature until golden.
After a few minutes, pour the wine over the rolls and let it evaporate. Add the soup, cover and let it cook for about 10 minutes at a moderate temperature.
Serve the rolls with salad or vegetables as desired, and pour the sauce in which they were cooked.
Enjoy your meal!
