Elizabeth Hurley won't give in!

Popular actress Elizabeth Hurley (56) is fighting like a 'mother bear protecting a cub' to secure her son Damian  (19) a share of the massive family heritage, writes Page Six. 

Namely, Damian and his half-sister Kira (23) were supposed to inherit $ 250 million from the Bing family foundation, but the court in Los Angeles accepted the appeal of their grandfather  Peter Bing (90) and annulled that decision. 

Lisa Bonder-Kerkorian,  55, the mother of Damian’s half-sister Kira, who also lost her inheritance, backed Hurley in an interview with London’s Sunday Time.

Namely, both Lisa and Elizabeth had a son and a daughter with American businessman  Steve Bing. After his death, his father Peter Bing inherited a fortune of two billion dollars but he does not want to share it with his son's children because they were born out of wedlock. 

"He said they were born out of wedlock and didn't count, and I asked him if we still lived in the Stone Age?" said Bonder-Kerkorian. 

Disappointed mothers joined forces back in 2019 and went to court with Steve to make sure their children get the deserved share of the wealth their father has. Then they won in court and Steve was supposed to start building a relationship with the children, unfortunately in 2020, he passed away. 

Grandfather Peter decided to complicate the life of his grandchildren again after the death of his son. 

"Stephen must have died thinking his children would be taken care of, but now it's reversed. I know he would be sad if he found out" - actress Hurley once said. 

The exclusion from the inheritance also affected Kira Bonder, daughter of Steve and Lisa Bonder,  but not because of the money. 

"It was about the children getting to know their father and grandfather and being welcome into the family that left them," said a disappointed mother, Lisa. 

Recall, American businessman and film producer Steve Bing tragically passed away at the age of 56. At the time of isolation due to the coronavirus pandemic, he was not feeling well and had been battling depression since before. 

Bing’s entire family once appeared on Forbes’ list of the top 400 richest Americans, and at the time of Steve’s death, his property value was estimated at $ 590 million. In addition to his real estate business, he was also involved in film production and came into the spotlight after starting a relationship with actress and model  Hurley.
