A modern disease that affects an increasing number of people is precisely back problems.
If you spend too much time sitting or engaging in physical activity irregularly, back pain can occur, especially in the lower back.
4-7-8 rapid breathing technique.
- Sit or lie down, all that matters is that you are comfortable in that position. Place the tip of your tongue behind your front teeth and gently exhale through your mouth.
- Close your mouth and inhale lightly through your nose for 4 seconds. Then, hold the air until you count to 7.
- Finally, exhale the air, counting to 8.
Repeat the cycle three times.
There are solutions to this problem as well, and the trick suggested by Dr. Alan Mendel is very simple.
With your arms outstretched in front of you (elbows at a 90-degree angle), take a towel, then stretch the towel by pulling in the shoulder blades and holding for about 10 seconds, and repeat the procedure several times.
You will feel a slight tingling between the shoulder blades, and Mendel states that in this way you will strengthen the muscles between the shoulders and the neck and improve posture.
