Gwyneth Paltrow revealed what sex advice she gave to her children
Although most parents find talking to their children about sex difficult or embarrassing, Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow does it effortlessly, and she is happy to share her advice in video interviews.
The Hollywood actress, who with her ex-husband Chris Martin has a 17-year-old daughter Apple and a 15-year-old son Moses, spoke on Entertainment Tonight about a topic that is taboo to many. On that occasion, she revealed that she had conversations with her children about sex.
As she said, she tries to encourage her children to always be true and honest with themselves. "I try always to be neutral on the topic. I think my generation, we got a lot of messages around sex that made us feel bad about it," revealed 49-year-old Gwyneth Paltrow, adding that she is always available to her children.

She is also convinced that both Apple and Moses ask most of this to their close friends, whom they can more easily confide in. "I try to just be curious, and teenagers are never going to want to talk to their parents about sex, ever. I sort of follow their lead and luckily, in middle school they had a very thorough sex education, so the school handled the kind of birds and the bees parts. Then I am there for any questions, but the questions are pretty minimal," Paltrow said.

When it comes to love and sex, Paltrow advises her children to trust their instincts and make decisions based on how they feel.
By the way, Gwyneth also talked about her sex life in the new Netflix documentary 'Sex, Love & Goop', whose premiere is announced for October 21.
