Hot chocolate with peppermint flavor!

This rich, creamy Peppermint Hot Chocolate is the ultimate treat for the holidays. It’s easy to make and prepare. You will enjoy, together with your youngest.
If you are preparing a drink for the youngest, be sure to add a handful of frothy sweets to make the experience even sweeter.
Ingredients:
- 100 g of chocolate with a high cocoa content
- 100 ml whipping cream
- a pinch of salt
- half a teaspoon of peppermint flavoring
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Additionally, you can use 500 ml of warm milk, and also 100 g Munchmallow to decorate.
Preparation:
- Put whipped cream and chopped chocolate in a cooking pot and melt over low heat. It must not boil.
- Add salt, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Combine everything to get a fine smooth cream.
- At the very end, add the peppermint flavor.
- In another bowl, heat the milk, but it should not boil, it should just be lukewarm. Pour lukewarm milk and chocolate cream alternately into a tall clear glass. On top put the frothy sweets on which you can sprinkle a little grated chocolate and cinnamon.
