When the word peeling is mentioned, the first thing that comes to your mind is a relaxing body or face peeling, which all women enjoy regularly, without exception.
Probably, however, you know that this beauty habit is not reserved only for the body or your face, but the same kind of treatment and care is equally good for your hair. Your scalp needs extra help to get rid of dirt and dead cells, it needs a little extra care.
It is quite clear that the secret to healthy hair is actually a healthy scalp. Due to environmental factors and in some cases post-covid, hair loss problems have increased dramatically among women. To combat this, some lifestyle changes are necessary, including a healthy diet, regular exercise, maintaining hydration, and frequent "cleansing" of the hair. One thing we don't practice regularly is scalp peeling, and we should because:
Cleanses the scalp
When dead skin cells and dirt block the pores on the scalp, it blocks hair follicles and slows down growth, and in certain situations can even cause dandruff. Exfoliating the scalp removes accumulated styling products and stimulates growth while allowing the root to breathe.
