Their marriage lasted for seven years, and the proof of how great their love was is the four children they had - eight-year-old daughter North, son Saint, daughter Chicago, and two-year-old son Psalm.
However, now that they are divorced, the question arises as to how to explain to the children that their parents have divorced. Kim took on that obligation, pointing out that she explained to the children without any hesitation that the marriage with their father was in crisis and that the best solution was divorce.
“You want to be a bigger person, and sometimes it's hard. I have always supported Kanye in telling the truth” - said the Kardashian in an interview with Good Morning, America.
Kanye called Kim out via Instagram on several occasions, where he revealed details about their children, marriage, and their private problems, which Kim did not want the world to know.
“I'm honest and open with them. The younger ones don't understand that much, but as for the older ones, they know everything. You have to be there for them. No matter what, even with the crazy life we lead, you have to have an honest dialogue with the children’’ - she explained and added that North and Saint accept their parents' divorce.
“The most important thing for me is that my children are happy, healthy, and proud of their father. They are.”- she concluded.
She added that she hears from her ex-husband every day because of the children, and that, regardless of everything, she will always consider Kanye a family.
