Campbell has not yet revealed that she will become a mother.
Fashion designer Mark Jacobs was among the first to congratulate the London-born model.
"Looking at you two made my year better. You will bring each other a lot of joy ", reads the congratulation of the editor of the British edition of the Vogue fashion magazine, Edward Eninful.
In an interview for the British daily Evening Standard in 2017, Campbell said that she wants to become a mother.
"I am constantly thinking about having children. But now, as science progresses, I think I can do it whenever I want, ”she said.
Campbell entered the world of fashion as a teenager, and soon became the first black model from the United Kingdom to appear on the cover of the British Vogue.
She is also known for her charity work, and in 2005 she founded Fashion For Relief, a charity that combines fashion and philanthropy.
