HBO Max has yet to announce a release date for the new season
New photographs from the set of " And Just Like That " Season 2 confirm what fans have been guessing about since learning the Sex and the City sequel is going to television: Aidan will be returning to the show.
Following the premiere of "And just like that..." on HBO Max in December 2021, and the audience's reunion with the characters Carrie, Miranda, and Charlotte, the topic of whether they will see Aidan again has been raised several times.

The actor John Corbett himself has half-jokingly promoted that topic multiple times, but the images released on Instagram by both Sarah Jessica Parker and the official page of the series put an end to the speculation. Carrie's ex-fiancé will be back in her life, but whether he will play a more major role is unknown.
Aidan has captivated Carrie's heart, as well as the affections of some in the audience, since his first appearance in "Sex and the City" Season 3.
The audience was quickly divided into "team-Mr. Big" and "team Aidan," so they welcomed the episode in which the couple called it quits on their engagement and everyone went their separate ways.
Aidan made another appearance in "Sex and the City 2," but the audience's reaction was divided.
The plot of the new season of "And just like that..." is being kept under wraps, although the upcoming episodes are expected to be more evocative of the original series. Given that Mr. Big died of a heart attack in the first episode of the season, Aidan's comeback might make for an intriguing perspective plot.
The new season of HBO Max is yet to be announced.
Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, and Christine Davis will join Nicole Parker Ari, Sarita Chaudry, Sarah Ramirez, and Tony Danza in the cast.
