Jason Derulo throws punches after being called Usher

Jason Derulo is an American singer, songwriter, and dancer. Since the start of his solo recording career in 2009, he has sold over 30 million singles and has achieved eleven Platinum singles including "Wiggle", "Talk Dirty", "Want to Want Me", "Trumpets", "It Girl", "In My Head", "Ridin' Solo", and "Whatcha Say".

The said incident happened last Tuesday in the lobby of a Las Vegas casino. Two men started shouting provocatively at the singer of the very popular song “Talk Dirty to Me”. The real chaos ensued when the men referred to Derulo as Usher and started yelling at him “F**k you!”. Derulo then lost all semblance of control and jumped at them, staring to attack them. Of course, nothing can go past the paparazzi, who managed to capture the video of the said event, and in it, it can clearly be seen how people were trying to hold the 32-year-old singer back after his outburst at the Aria Resort & Casino in the city.

Before the fight started, in the images we can see Jason Derulo having a good time while going down an escalator with a group of people. In another video posted by the famous website TMZ, someone is heard saying "Why did you slap him?" and right after another voice yells "Hey Usher, f**k you!", referring to another celebrity. 

We do not know if they really confused Jason Derulo with the singer Usher or on the contrary they wanted to ridicule him for the enormous resemblance between the two celebrities. The truth is that Usher's controversies have not been lacking and it seems that the comparison did not make the Miami artist very pleased.

At the time of the fight, Derulo jumped across a security tape and began to beat the man who seconds before had reprimanded him. Shortly after, the security personnel of the Aria Resort & Casino and others present tried to intervene by holding back the singer. 

Once on the ground, Derulo continued to hit another man and took several minutes to calm him down. In another video posted on the social networks by user @ christian_labare8, the singer can be seen handcuffed by security guards. At the moment it is unknown if the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department filed charges against him.

Let’s remember, Derulo broke up with his girlfriend a few days before the birth of his son.

Singer Jason Derulo broke up with his girlfriend Jena Frumes just four months after the birth of their first child, son Jason King.

The 32-year-old singer, who celebrated his birthday with his small family three days ago, shared the news on Twitter.

“Jena and I have decided to separate. She is a wonderful mother, but we feel that separation at this point will allow us to be the best version of ourselves and the best parents. Please respect our privacy at this time,” the singer said on Twitter.

Fans were surprised by this news because just a few days earlier Jena had written a status bursting with love for Jason Derulo on the occasion of their birthday, as they were both born on the same date.
