Jessie J has been living in incredible pain for the past six months!
Jessie J has announced that she will be retiring from social media for a while due to her health condition.
The success story of one of today’s most talented singers, 33-year-old Jessie J resembles a movie. She initially filmed herself in front of a mirror in her room, until her videos on YouTube were discovered by big producers. The star was born, and Jessie J lined up hit after hit. She never built her career on scandals, and even on the love plane, she was mostly in a quiet haven. And then when she was ready for the next step in life, family, and children, the singer revealed that there are great chances that she will never realize herself as a mother.
Her torments did not end there. Namely, Jessie has been battling Ménière's disease for more than six months, an inner ear disease characterized by attacks of dizziness, nausea, and vomiting, as well as tinnitus and deafness .
She spoke about her condition in mid-August and described how particularly difficult it was for her to be affected by the disease.
'Yesterday I tried to sing a song that I normally sing with ease and I couldn't. The problem is not my voice, but the disease affects my voice. I was sobbing. For hours. I allowed myself to feel the part that was broken in me that I often ignore even though I shouldn’t. Six months did not pass without pain in my neck and throat. Sometimes it's better, sometimes it's worse ', she wrote then, among other things, and added that she tries to be positive.
However, in a recent post, she informed followers that she would retire from social media until she got better.
‘I’m going to disappear from social media for a while and focus 100 percent on myself and tackling what’s going on with my body. I am writing this out of love and respect for the fans who follow and support me here. See you when these images are created in the present moment, and not just a memory ', she wrote next to the photo in which she sings.
