Kevin Spacey’s rise and fall to be explored in doc series
The movie will have two parts, and the first will appear after both trials are over
British Channel 4 is currently working on a documentary that will deal with the rise and fall of the famous actor and Oscar winner Kevin Spacey. The two-part documentary series "Spacey Unmasked" will deal with his career, from his beginnings on Broadway, through his status as a big movie star, to accusations of sexual harassment and abuse.
The director will be Kira Phillips, and the first part will appear after both trials are over, one in New York, due to the lawsuits of the actor Anthony Rapp, and the other in Great Britain, due to the accusations of three men.
“Kevin Spacey is one of the most respected actors today. He won two Oscars and many other awards for his undeniable talent. Praised on both shores of the Atlantic, he successfully led the "Old Vic" theater for 11 years and became one of the most important figures of London's cultural life and a friend of many celebrities” - points out executive producer Dorothy Byrne and adds: “These films will follow his story about the allegations of abuse and the outcome of the trial.”

Recall, the trouble for Kevin Spacey began in 2017, when he was removed from the Netflix hit after the same year, over twenty young men accused him of sexual abuse and inappropriate behavior. The actor was reported by associates of the legendary London theater "Old Vic", whose artistic director he was from 2004 to 2015, and the problem was that he allegedly used a position of power to get closer to the victims and embarrass the theater.
The Oscar-winning actor has largely disappeared from the public eye since he was accused of sexual abuse five years ago. In November 2017, London’s Old Vic Theater announced that they had received 20 separate allegations of Spacey’s misconduct from 20 men who came in contact with him at the theater between 1995 and 2013. Spacey, who won an Oscar for Best Actor in "American Beauty" and Best Supporting Actor in "The Usual Suspects," has previously dismissed all allegations of misconduct.
