Madonna marked the Month of Pride

Pop icon Madonna once again attracted the attention of the public with her behavior, and this time she used the LGBT Pride Month as an occasion. The so-called Pride Month is held in the United States in memory of the Stonewall uprisings that took place in late June 1969. During this month, many pride events are celebrated to recognize the impact of LGBT people on the world. 

Madonna obviously took it seriously, which she showed with her concert in New York, where she completed one of the performances with kisses with 26-year-old rapper Tokischa from the Dominican Republic.

Madonna performed her 2005 hit 'Hung Up' with Tokischa, and she spiced up her performance with “wild” dance choreography. At the moment when the rapper knelt in front of the 63-year-old Madonna, the singer stated, 'It’s a difficult task, but someone has to do it,' after which they exchanged hot kisses.

Tokischa is a musician who, according to Rolling Stone, is a symbol of  'sexual freedom, craving and radical feminism.'

'I'm very sharp with my lyrics, and all I want to express is very, very, real. People identify with all of that,' Tokischa stated earlier.

To celebrate Pride month, Madonna was joined on stage by some drag queen superstars Bob the Drag Queen, Pixie Ventura and Violet Chachki. This kind of behavior is not foreign to Madonna, and the scene with Tokischa was reminiscent of her famous kiss with Britney Spears from the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards, which they repeated at Britney's wedding. Namely, Britney looked gorgeous in a red "Versace" dress, so she bent down and kissed Madonna at the celebration.

During the performance in 2003, Madonna turned around and wanted to kiss Christina Aguilera, but that moment passed almost unnoticed compared to what Britney and her colleague did. By the way, it is known that Madonna loves Britney very much and that she was always with her as support for everything she went through. This was the first time they had met since Spears won the fight against her family.
