Megan Fox officially divorced Brian Austin Green, a year after they separated
Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have officially divorced, and a year after they filed for divorce.
Megan Fox, 35, and Brian Austin Green, 48, have been married for ten years, since they hadn't signed a prenuptial agreement, under California law, they have to share everything they acquired during their decade-long marriage.
It is not clear whether any of them will pay alimony to the spouse or child, although the divorce documents refer to a settlement agreed out of court.

The former couple will share joint legal and physical custody of their three children - Noah Shannon (9), Bodhi Ransom (7), and Journey River (5) - which Fox requested when she filed for divorce in November 2020.

Neither Megan nor Brian waited until they officially divorced to find new love. Ten months ago, Briant sailed into a romance with Australian ballroom dancer Sharna Burgess, while Megan is in a relationship with rapper Machine Gun Kelly.
