New "Aquaman" - new costume: Jason Momoa revealed the look of the superhero (Photo)
Actor Jason Momoa posted a photo from the set of the new sequel to the movie "Aquaman" on Instagram and showed what his costume will look like.
Three years ago, in this film, Jason wore a costume with gold and green scales, while the new suit is metallic, stealthy, and darker than the previous one.
"Second round. New suit. More action," Jason wrote in a description of the announcement.
Director James Van said that he and the screenwriter were inspired by the blue suit that Aquaman wore in the eighties, writes The Independent.
Such a suit was first seen in the eponymous mini-series of the eighties, and it was designed by screenwriter and DC production designer Neal Pozner.
The film "Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom" is scheduled for release in December 2022, and Momoa recently said that he dedicated the sequel to a young fan who lost the battle with cancer earlier this year.
