Instead of shopping, make a homemade ice cream sandwich in less than 5 minutes. Instead of chocolate, you can add some chopped fruit, and if mascarpone is expensive for you, make it yourself at home from 2 simple ingredients. The quantity is bigger than the family pack of ice cream, and it is also cheaper.
Ingredients:
- 500 ml sweet sour cream
- 150 g mascarpone cheese
- 200 g chocolate
- 200 g biscuits
Preparation:
- Whip the sweet cream with the mascarpone cheese.
- Add finely chopped chocolate (you can mix black and white), then stir.
- Dip the biscuit in the milk and arrange it in the mold, then pour the filling over the biscuit again.
- Put in the freezer for four hours.
