New shocking details leaked out about Bill Gates and his behavior at work: 'He's an office bully shouting at employees'!
After it was announced in May that Bill Gates and his wife Melinda were divorcing after 27 years of marriage and three children, many hitherto unknown facts about the co-founder of Microsoft came to light.
According to the New York Post, the American entrepreneur and co-founder of Microsoft was not faithful to his wife Melinda, and according to some sources, he acted like a real office bully at work.
The former Microsoft CEO told Insider that he once saw Bill Gates exchanging tenderness with a girl at a French ski resort in the Alps a year after he began a relationship with Melinda.
In an earlier report, former Microsoft board member Maria Klawe accused Gates of rejecting efforts on ethnic and racial diversity during a 2010 board meeting.
Gates, she explained, rejected all initiatives to introduce diversity because he saw it as an attempt to destroy Microsoft.
When board members suggested that different candidates for future executive roles be considered, Gates would reportedly respond, 'Are you trying to destroy the company by doing so?'
In addition, Bill Gates is described in that report as an office bully and a womanizer.
The message was, ‘Concern for diversity has nothing to do with Microsoft’s success,’ recalled Klawe, a board member from 2009 to 2015.
Another former Microsoft CEO told Insider that Gates was sometimes embarrassed.
"Bill yelled at everyone equally,’ the former CEO said. Other Microsoft employees, on the other hand, attributed some of his undesirable behaviors to sheer clumsiness."He didn't know how to joke or how to connect with people. If he told you he liked your hair, he wasn’t trying to flirt with you. In fact, he really liked your hair, " said one former CEO.
This latest knowledge about the fourth richest man comes at a time when he is divorcing his wife. The divorce also comes amid questions about Microsoft founder's ties to accused pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and the discovery that Bill Gates left the Microsoft board last year amid an investigation into his alleged relationship with an employee.
Otherwise, Gates denied any ‘business partnership or personal friendship’ with Epstein, saying their meetings were exclusively related to philanthropy. But the Daily Beast reported that Gates visited Epstein’s villa in Manhattan as a ‘break from marriage’.
Microsoft, which did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the latest findings, is trying to distance itself from Gates' alleged misconduct.
"Microsoft from 2021 is very different from Microsoft from 2000," CEO Satya Nadella said in May, adding that the company will investigate allegations of misconduct even if they are decades old.
