The actor has been married three times - first for 24 years with Sheila Falconer, then for three years with producer Wendy Neuss, and then he found happiness in the arms of the much younger Sunny Ozell.
Last night, Patrick attended a gala dinner with Sunny, 43, as part of the upcoming BAFTA awards ceremony. For this occasion, Patrick chose a classic black suit with a white shirt, while Sunny looked enchanting in a dress by the fashion house Mugler, a famous vintage model called Vampire.
The couple held hands all the time and posed for the gathered with a smile, and the actor looked a bit more confident. As Sunny admits, it is still not easy for her to get used to the paparazzi and the attention that comes with marrying a big Hollywood star.
“Whenever the time comes for us to go to a classy place, to the Emmy Awards or the BAFTA Awards, I still feel like that girl from Rennes who is led by a gentleman like Patrick. Honestly, I hope that I will keep that feeling forever” – Sunny said a few years ago.
Ozell is, by the way, unaccustomed to this kind of attention and glamor, because she entered the world of celebrities only after she entered into a relationship with Patrick Stewart. The couple met in 2008 in Brooklyn, at a time when Stewart was in America to work on the play "Macbeth" at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. Sunny was working as a waitress at the time, and the chat started just about the show.
“She kindly told me that she would like to watch "Macbeth", in which I played then, and I gave her my phone number. It was the only time in my life that I did something like that, I always had the rule to give the phone number only to people I know. But intuition is everything in situations like this. I felt that I was talking to a nice, intelligent, interesting, and beautiful woman, and all these elements rarely come together” - the actor once said.
They soon started seeing each other casually, but very quickly love was born, so in 2012 they started living together in Brooklyn. The following year, they got engaged and soon got married, and the ceremony was led by Stewart's best friend and famous actor Ian McKellen.
Sunny has been involved in music all the time, since 1989, but without much success. She recorded her first studio album in 2015, and the second five years later. She is a singer and composer and prefers blues and soul-funk.
