People won't stop talking about this episode of Black Mirror: "It was about Britney!"

This is an episode from the fifth season of the series, called Rachel, Jack, and Ashley Too. In the episode, Miley Cyrus plays pop star Ashley O, who is limited by her management team, and her aunt Catherine, who controls all aspects of her life.

Ashley is forced to perform in the series even though it doesn't make her happy, and her manager also forces her to take medication. Also, Ashley is under the supervision of others all the time. When Ashley rebels, Catherine drugs her, causing the singer to end up in a coma, and her team continues to try to make money on her character by using her brain cells for a new album and turning her into a hologram as well.

Fans also take part in Ashley's rescue.

Does this story remind you of anything? Yes, it also reminds the team on Twitter.

People, that episode of Black Mirror was about Britney Spears,” they now write en masse on Twitter.

As a reminder, Britney has been under conservatorship supervision for the last 13 years, which prevents her from making major decisions in her own life (both personal and financial).

"I'm so angry I can't sleep and I'm depressed. I want to be heard ... I want to change and I want change going forward. I deserve change," the singer told the court. Spears made it clear that she wanted conservatorship to end.

"I just want my life back, it's been 13 years and it's enough. It's enough and it doesn't make sense at all ... I'm done. I want to sue my family, to be completely honest," she said.

After testifying, she also addressed her fans.

"I draw attention to this because I don't want people to think my life is perfect because it definitely isn't. And if you read anything about me in the news this week ... Obviously now you really know it's not perfect. I apologize for pretending that I've been well for the past two years. I did it out of pride and I was embarrassed to share what was happening to me. But honestly, who doesn't want to have a fun Instagram anyway? Believe it or not, pretending to be good actually helped, " she said.
