Photos of the broken Alec Baldwin leaked after he realized what he had done, he was talking on the phone in tears!

The Santa Fe New Mexican portal published the first photos of the broken actor Alec Baldwin after a terrible tragedy on the film set during which he killed camerawoman Halyna Hutchins with a gun and wounded director Joel Souza.

The photos show a distraught 63-year-old Alec making a phone call in tears in front of the sheriff's office. No charges have been filed against him so far, and a police investigation and determination of all circumstances are underway.

"Mr. Baldwin volunteered to talk to investigators and left after talking to them," Juan Rios of the Sheriff's Office told the Guardian.

The actor's spokesman also confirmed that there was an accident on the set involving the failure of a firearm with blanks, and local media reported that Baldwin was seen in front of the sheriff's office in tears on Thursday, but was not available for comment.

'' According to investigators, the scene that was filmed appears to have involved the use of the firearm from which the shots were fired. Detectives are investigating how and what type of projectile was fired, "Rios said.

Production of the film, directed by Souza and produced and starred in by Baldwin, has been halted and filming will resume next month.

Hutchins was the director of photography for the action film Archenemy 2020 with Joe Manganiello in the lead role. She graduated from the American Film Institute in 2015, and four years later was named a "rising star."
