Pokémon-themed Galaxy Buds 2

Following the initial release of its Galaxy Z Flip3 inspired by this famous narrative of series and games, it appears that Samsung was still holding out for more collaborations with Pokémon. And this time, the company unveiled a new version of its Galaxy Buds 2 wireless headphones housed inside a Pokéball.

Far from rumors or fan-created photos, Samsung has already made these headphones available on its official website. In it, we can see that this new set of Galaxy Buds 2 comes with a special cover for its case, with which we may cover it with one of the traditional red and white Pokéball, and that it will retain all of the basic functionality of these headphones' standard casing.

Although this is not the only thing included in this pack, we will also have an exclusive and random sticker among the eleven models with recognizable characters such as Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Charmander, Eevee, and others, as well as a treasure trove for collectors, with a limited Mew and Mewtwo hologram sticker.

However, it is disappointing that Samsung did not take advantage of the opportunity to offer any kind of aesthetic modification for the Galaxy Buds 2, which retain the same aesthetics and colors as the original generation of the headphones.

As a result, while the company has not yet shared any details about the final price of this case on the website, SamMobile informs us that this package consisting of the headphones and the personalized case will cost less than $100*, which is a fairly reasonable price for a high-quality, limited-edition product.

And it is true that Samsung and Pokémon have previously stated that the units of this device would be limited, albeit they have not disclosed the number of available units. Unfortunately for many fans, the debut of the Pokémon Galaxy Buds 2 appears to be limited to a first exclusive deployment for the Korean territory at the present.

These items, like the earlier Galaxy Z Flip3 cooperation, are planned to launch in other territories in the future.
