Quick and easy: Cold radish soup
Cold radish soup is ideal for warm summer days.
This is a very healthy and tasty soup, especially for those who have a problem with fluid retention in the body, because radish is an extremely good diuretic. It is easy to make, there is no cooking or heat treatment, so all the healthy ingredients in the vegetables are retained. It is served completely cold, which is ideal for hot summer days because it will invigorate and cool you down.
Ingredients:
- 2 ties radish
- 400 g of sour milk
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt, pepper
- a little lemon juice

Preparation:
- Clean the radishes, wash them well, then cut a third into thin rings, and put the rest in a blender, add the cleaned garlic cloves and half of the peeled cucumber, and blend everything well.
- Finally, add well-chilled sour milk and blend briefly to get a uniform mixture.
- Pour the resulting soup into a larger bowl, then add the remaining cucumber cut into small cubes and season everything to taste.
- Pour into plates, garnish with radish rings and greens of your choice, then sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice and a little olive oil.
