Acting couple Lauren Graham and Peter Krause broke up after more than a decade spent together. The two of them did not announce themselves on this occasion, and the news of the split was confirmed by her PR team.
Lauren, who was loved by viewers in the hit series "Gilmore Girls", and Peter, met in the early nineties, but they started dating in 2010, when they played brother and sister in the series "Parenthood". “Nobody knew that we were dating for a long time, because we liked to sit at home, cook, and not go out. The actress gained worldwide fame in the series ‘Gilmore girls’, which aired from 2000 to 2007, embodying single mother Lorelai Gilmore who became pregnant at the age of 16 and gave birth to a daughter Rory. Four episodes of the series titled ‘Gilmore Girls’ were subsequently filmed, and fans were left unhappy claiming that the story of the sympathetic heroines remained unfinished.
Lauren became interested in acting while she was in high school and decided she no longer wanted to go horseback riding and go to competitions. She graduated with a degree in dramatic arts, and while trying to break through, she worked as a waitress in New York City and gave instructions to high school students for the tests they must pass in order to enroll in college.
She moved to Hollywood in 1995 and landed roles in several series including ‘Third Rock from the Sun’, ‘Seinfeld’ and ‘Caroline in the City’. But she only broke through with the role of Lorelai in 'Gilmore girls'.
