New: What is a liposuction diet?

A liposuction diet is a way of eating in the modern age. It is one of the newest and most effective diets that has quickly spread around the world. It is suitable for all those who want to lose up to 10 pounds in a relatively short time in a very simple way.

Namely, this diet does not have complicated recipes, and the menu itself is quite simple and accessible to everyone. The liposuction diet was patented by nutritionist Kenan Mandra who argues that we should avoid industrial foods and turn to healthy homemade foods. A liposuction diet is a special diet based on increased fat and protein intake and reduced carbohydrate intake. It is important to point out that certain supplements are used during this diet, like amino acids that help regulate adipose tissue. In particular, amino acids activate the enzyme lipase, which acts to increase the use of fats to obtain the necessary energy. This is a natural process that allows you to lose up to 10% of your body weight.

Basic rules

As this is a diet that uses certain supplements in the form of amino acids, it is necessary to consult a nutritionist who would recommend the appropriate dose and give you more advice regarding their use in the diet.

This is a so-called lipo drink that you should never use at your own discretion without consulting an expert. Depending on a number of factors, this diet can last for 10 days, two weeks, three weeks, or a month. In practice, the diet is usually carried out for 10 days, during which you lose an average of about 6 kg if you follow all the rules and tips.

As far as the diet itself is concerned, the permitted foods are all kinds of lean meat, eggs, fish, cheese, dairy products, carbonated water, vegetable juices, teas, rice and increasingly large ground cereals, fresh fruits and vegetables.

All types of sugar, industrially processed meat, strong spices, alcoholic beverages, decaffeinated coffee, carbonated beverages, candied fruits, white and soy flour, organic meat (heart, brain, liver ...), and bakery products are prohibited.

Some of the rules you still have to follow are:

Drink a glass of sugar-free lemonade every morning and a cup of digestive tea of your choice in the evening.

It is necessary to drink 2 liters of water daily.

Coffee, lemonade and sugar-free tea are allowed between meals.

Physical activity is prohibited.

If you are hungry and want to eat something off the planned menu, fresh cucumbers are your only choice.
