You can now make one of your favorite sweets at home in the blink of an eye. When you or your family want something sweet, or unexpected guests are announced to you, this cookie is real salvation. There is no turning on the oven or mixer, there are not many ingredients, and the preparation process is very simple and easy.
Chocolate and coconut are definitely a proven combination, everyone will be delighted, especially the children. One of its disadvantages is that it disappears from the plate at the speed of light.
Ingredients:
- 200 g coconut powder
- 100 g of milk powder
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 100 ml of sweet whipped cream
- 200 g of sweetened condensed milk
- 300 g of quality milk chocolate
Preparation:
Mix all the dry ingredients and pour the unbeaten sweet sour cream into the bowl, and then the sweetened condensed milk. You can knead the mixture by hand if you want so that everything is nicely connected and combined, so leave it in the fridge for at least an hour to harden and be suitable for making the shape you want.
Put the shaped chocolates back in the fridge for a while, because you will be able to pour chocolate over them more easily and beautifully. After that, melt 300 grams of better quality milk chocolate or a combination of milk and "noisette" to cover this dessert.
Add one to two tablespoons of oil to the melted and cooled chocolate, and stir and dip the chocolates with a fork. By tapping the fork on the edge of the bowl, shake off the excess chocolate, then arrange them on a tray lined with parchment paper. Put them back in the fridge for half an hour so that they are nice and firm.
Enjoy your meal!
