Sandra Bullock on a late motherhood!
The famous actress Sandra Bullock adopted two children and believes that they showed her the right path in life.
Actress Sandra Bullock has an incredible and emotional story about how she became a mother. Although she was a megastar, and her films were among the most watched, she was not very lucky in finding a life partner or a potential father of children. In addition, she devoted her thirties to an acting career, although, as she told People, she always dreamed of becoming a mother one day. As her motherhood was never realized biologically, Sandra decided to adopt her first child in 2010, and the second in 2015.
In one episode of the Red Table Talk podcast, the 58-year-old actress said that the adoption of her children was meaningful and very emotional for her. Namely, for both, her son Louis (12) and daughter Laila (9), she was informed that they were available for adoption while she was at the grave of her mother, with whom she was deeply connected and after whose death she suffered for a long time.

'I don't know why it was the only time, but I'm so glad the universe made me wait for motherhood. I wanted children so badly, but it just didn't work out any other way. And now I'm grateful for that. I found out about both babies at the same place when I was at my mother's grave. I feel like my mom brought me my children ,' Sandra Bullock said about her decision to adopt Louis and Laila.
Now, as a mother, she looks at her great acting success completely different: 'Even though I was successful, it was only when Louis entered my life that I realized that this is the only path for me, that this is what I've been waiting for all my life. When he was given to me, he was only ten days old, and he changed my whole life. He brought me indescribable joy '.
The actress explained how her children came during the most difficult period of her life and that motherhood helped her get out of a long and dark phase. As she spent as much time as possible with them, she took a break from filming for a while, withdrew from public life, and devoted herself completely to her children.
