Ingredients:

 

  • 3 zucchini
  • 300 g chicken fillet
  • 20 ml of oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 50 g of hard cheese
  • 50 g mozzarella
  • 70 g of sausage

 

Preparation:

 

Cut the zucchini lengthwise and hollow them out. Cut the white meat into small pieces and season, add oil, and mix it all. Whisk eggs and sour cream together, add spices and mix with meat. Add grated cheese and the hollowed-out part of the zucchini to the mixture and mix well again. Fill the arranged zucchini in the pan with the mixture and sprinkle with grated mozzarella, and arrange the sausages on the surface, if you wish, you can cut them into rings. Bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour.
