An amazing crepe cake recipe
Juicy, creamy, and refreshing, everyone will be asking for more!
First of all, crepes are everyone's favorite in any variety, both sweet and savory. Generations have grown up on this unique dish and they are one of the first recipes we learn to make.
Ingredients:
For the crepes:
- 2 eggs
- 3 spoons of sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- pinch of salt
- 3 dl of milk
- 180 g of flour
- 20 g of cocoa
- 2 dl of hot water
For the filling:
- 1 gelatin
- 500 g of sweet cream
- 300 g of sour cream
- 150 g of powdered sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 400 g of apricots
- 400 g of strawberries

Preparation:
Mix eggs with sugar and salt in a bowl. Beat everything with a hand mixer. Add half the milk, then add the flour and cocoa, and continue to beat until you break up the lumps. Then pour the rest of the milk and water, and continue to beat until you get a uniform smooth mixture. Bake crepes.
Line the inside of the mold and the bottom with transparent foil. Pour the sour cream into the bowl. Beat the sweet cream and powdered sugar with a mixer. Add the prepared gelatin and whipped cream to the sour cream. By hand, gently mix everything.
Place one crepe on the bottom of the lined bowl, and spread it with a little filling. Place crapes in two smaller bowls, cover them with filling and add some fruit.
Roll up the crepes like a small packet, then arrange them over the crepe that you put in the mold. Repeat the process until you fill the bottom of the mold. When the mold is filled, spread more filling on top, spread more fruit over everything, spread filling again, and cover with crepe.
Turn the cake over and take it out of the mold, then cover it with the rest of the filling. Leave it overnight in the refrigerator, the next day cover it with chocolate glaze and decorate as desired.
