Oscar-winner Leonardo DiCaprio (46) dedicated himself to buying and selling real estate this summer. The actor bought a four-bedroom house in Los Feliz in May for $ 7.1 million and then put up for sale a villa in the same place where a member of his family allegedly lived.
Di Caprio then bought a house in Malibu for $ 13.8 million, where he already has one luxury residence that he bought back in 1998 after the success of ‘Titanic’. Now the old house, which he bought for $ 1.6 million, is selling for as much as $ 10 million.
