Tasty: Baked potatoes with bacon and cream

Potato is one of those dishes that, no matter how you prepare it, most people like to eat. When combined with cream and bacon it is a winning combination.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes as much as you need
  • butter
  • a couple of slices of bacon
  • a little lemon juice
  • a little cream
  • a clove or two of garlic
  • chopped fresh primrose
  • salt

Preparation:

Put the potatoes to boil and simmer for a little less than 10 minutes. Grease the baking tray with plenty of grease or butter. Only oil is not recommended, although olive oil may be considered. Add salt to the potatoes, cut the larger ones into two parts, place them on a baking tray and cover each with a piece of bacon.

Put it in the oven preheated to 400. How long it will take you depends on the size of the potato, but you will know it’s ready when it gets the golden color. Somewhere near the end of baking, take it out of the oven, and sprinkle it with finely chopped garlic. When you can smell the garlic, remove the pan, squeeze a little lemon juice and sprinkle with primrose. Pour the cream over the potatoes only when serving.
