Amazing white chocolate muffins you need to try

If you are a big fan of chocolate and sweets like us we can all agree on one thing. We want dessert which is easy to make, delicious, doesn’t take too much of your time and it doesn’t make you fat.

Well, we can’t promise this one has all of those attributes, because you probably won’t be able to stop eating it. But everything else is there, it’s super tasty, it’s quick and easy and kids are also going to love it since it’s in form of our beloved muffins.

You will prepare these muffins without baking in an instant, and if you are a fan of white chocolate - be sure to treat yourself with them as soon as possible!

If you like white chocolate, you must like these delicious muffins! The mild cheesecake taste with melted white chocolate guarantees the perfect combination for all gourmets.

Of course, their advantage is that they are quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g ground biscuits
  • 60 grams of unsalted butter
  • 400 ml of sweet sour cream
  • 350 g cream cheese
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of melted and slightly cooled white chocolate

optional:

  • more white chocolate for topping and white chocolate cubes for decoration

The quantity is enough for 9 muffins! (which we are not sure it’s enough, so you can also use double of measure)

Preparation:

Stir the biscuits and melted butter. Pour as a muffin base into the baskets (which you placed in the muffin tin). 

Whip the sweet-sour cream. In a separate bowl, whisk the cream cheese with the sugar, then add the melted white chocolate. Slowly add the sweet-sour cream (be careful not to mix everything up so that you have left for decoration) and combine. Pour over the biscuit base.

Leave in the freezer for 20 minutes or in the refrigerator until completely firm. (Of course, if you can wait). Pour the remaining sweet sour cream into a syringe and decorate the muffins. Add melted white chocolate or white chocolate cubes if desired.
