The Bang & Olufsen Tv will be cruelly expensive
Bang & Olufsen, known for its high-end products, has announced the release of a new ultra-premium OLED television. This is the 83-inch version of the BeoVison Harmony, which is a customized LG G2.
The extra sound system is an extra sound system, in addition to the Bang & Olufsen sticker (which is a drum in and of itself). The SoundCenter is a 2.1 channel wireless system that can be connected to a larger wireless system.
Its true distinguishing characteristic is that it initially appears to be a regular audio system built behind a screen, but when a button is pressed, it opens and rises in front of the screen. It's by far the most impressive and is likely to impress guests, but we don't see much else to it.
Apart from that, it's an LG G2 TV, so it has the company's new Evo package, which guarantees somewhat better picture quality than usual, and it also has LG's new webOS smartphone system. While a modest 83-inch LG G2 will cost $ 9,000, Bang & Olufsen will demand $ 25,000 for BeoVision Harmony.
Analysts say the 8K TV is a huge downfall
People are not particularly interested in these displays, owing to a lack of content and the fact that the prices are substantially more than those of 4K televisions. Specifically, fewer such devices were sold in the previous year's fourth quarter than in the previous year's first quarter, which was substantially worse. In addition, Samsung, one of the process's most vocal proponents, sold 18% fewer 8K televisions last year than the previous year.
Omdia, a market research group, originally anticipated that more than 8 million 8K televisions would be sold by 2025, but their most recent analysis paints a very grim image of the industry. According to their research, only 2.7 million households will have such a device in 2026, a disaster predicted for the next eight years.
Until the chronic shortage of material is addressed and product prices are decreased, 8K will remain a marginal player, even if we believe the extremely high resolution makes absolute sense and is justified.
